Refund & Billing Policy

All purchases on RecordsRegister.com—whether a Single Record Dossier Report or a 30-Day Unlimited Member Pass—are strict one-time charges processed via PayPal in US Dollars ($ USD). We never enroll customers in hidden monthly continuity programs or recurring rebills.

If the Single Record Dossier Report you purchased fails to unlock due to a technical delivery error, or if the unlocked report fails to display the primary index fields advertised on the search card (such as the unmasked File/Certificate Number, Filing Year, Jurisdiction, and indexed party details), you may request a full 100% refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.

If you purchase a 30-Day Unlimited Member Pass and experience a technical issue preventing pass activation, or if you request cancellation within seven (7) calendar days without having used your Pass Code to unlock additional reports beyond the initial checkout record, we will issue a full refund and deactivate the pass code.

Once a 30-Day Unlimited Pass Code has been actively used to redeem multiple PDF Dossier Reports across the archive, the pass is considered consumed and is non-refundable except where required by law.

Because public record index cards clearly display the Record Category, State, Municipality/County, and Filing Year prior to checkout, refunds are not provided solely because: (a) a common name belongs to a different individual with the same name in that state; or (b) an older historical index entry does not contain fields that were never collected by the original clerk index.

To request a refund or billing assistance, email our support desk (or reply directly to your receipt email) with your Order Reference Code (`RR-2026-XXXXXXXXXXXX`) and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original PayPal payment method within 1–3 business days.
